Here's what I accomplished today:
- I weighed myself to see the impact of my dinner splurge last night. I wasn't afraid to face the truth.
- I struggled with wanting to eat more today, but I managed myself well.
- I made a huge change in the office. I've shifted a lot of energy and I'm on my way to reclaiming my office for myself.
- I have this sense that next week is going to be amazing. That I'm going to be shocked by how things work out.
- I came up with some good strategies for marketing my next webinars.
